Be Healthy, Be Happy
It seems like such a cliché, but it’s true: being healthy = being happy.
Being healthy is not just eating the right foods at the right times, it’s much more than that. It’s about making decisions that not only benefit you today, but for years to come. For example: drinking lots of water so you’re properly hydrated. Along with making sure you eat enough green vegatables to have a healthy digestive system.
There are so many suggestions out there, but not everything is for everybody. Don’t get discouraged, I’ll keep it simple.
