Going to a gym can be intimidating and can stop people from working out all together.
Instead of facing gym-timidation, I like to do low-impact workouts in the comfort of my own home. Now, I’m not a person that has a lot of space; however, I make do. I want you to see that it doesn’t take much to stay in shape.
Just as people like to have arm and leg days, so do I. There are easy ways to have fitness be a goal of your’s without all the hassle that comes with keeping up with someone else’s schedule. It’s easy to make your own and do workouts at your own pace.
